Employees overwhelmingly satisfied with IT Customer Service

With the goal to better understand end users' experiences with their IT departments, LANDESK engaged a third-party research firm to poll over 2,500 employees from countries around the world, working at organization of various sizes. A few survey highlights include:

  • IT departments of all sizes are generally quick to respond to requests for help
  • Loss of productivity relating to IT issues was insignificant
  • Only a small percentage of organizations have implemented a BYOD policy
